We were just coming out of stake temple recommend interviews and saying goodbye to the stake presidency and Max points outside and says "There's a BAD WORD out there!" (from the children's book, "Elbert's Bad Word" that we had read about 6 months ago!)
I had just discovered that he colored ALL over the back of his bedroom door and so I said "Max! Why did you color on the door? We only color on paper!" To which, he responded with, "I'm really sorry, Mommy, but Elmo showed me how to do it!"
"I just took a picture of you, walking, Mommy! You really need to put that on your blog!"

ugh, I don't envy you, it gets stressful! However, when you find the right one, it makes it all worth it. And there's not a much better market to buy in, especially if you're not selling too.

YAAAAAY! What a great time to buy. I heard there is a fantastic lot in Lehi for sale. :) No really, I wouldn't live there if I were you. SL valley is far superior, in my opinion.

How did you fit that house in that grocery cart? Do you really want to live in a house that is that small? I mean, Hudson might be able to sleep in it...but you might just have to use it as a doggie house for Rub..oh. Just kidding. lol.

You've got the numbers of the guys that helped us. we really liked the price range of magna eh hem, but it depends where in magna the house is located, we've driven through some pretty scary parts. anywho, get in touch with mike so he can send you the MLS reports. you tell him your price range and some parameters like how many beds, and baths, and he'll email you a ton of houses in that range. seriously don't feel like you have to say you are in a more expensive market than you are, because they'll have to know the truth sooner than later ;)
