Is home-buying always this crappy?? Seriously!
Another thing - I might be wrong but isn't the market getting worse? Why the heck are people rejecting our offers without even countering and saying that they won't go a penny below the asking price? Morons, I tell ya!!
Anyway, we put in another offer last night for a new house that we love, so we're just waitin' to hear about it. I think I really have my hopes up on this one, so I'm nervous about it.
Maybe the 4th time's the charm! Cross your fingers!!

I bet a few of those people bought when the market was high and they have to get x amount out of the house to even be able to sell.
