We were just coming out of stake temple recommend interviews and saying goodbye to the stake presidency and Max points outside and says "There's a BAD WORD out there!" (from the children's book, "Elbert's Bad Word" that we had read about 6 months ago!)
I had just discovered that he colored ALL over the back of his bedroom door and so I said "Max! Why did you color on the door? We only color on paper!" To which, he responded with, "I'm really sorry, Mommy, but Elmo showed me how to do it!"
"I just took a picture of you, walking, Mommy! You really need to put that on your blog!"

oh my gosh! tom is SO amazing! the hair on max's head is what absolutely KILLS me! actually, come to think of it- funny story: for a wedding gift, tom (and your mom) gave us one of tom's prints framed. we have it hung in our house so brian sees it everyday and just a few months ago, i was talking about it with brian for some reason and brian said, "wait- that's not a photograph- it's a painting!?" crazy.
I love the frame! So beautiful! And the mats are really cool too. Where are you going to hang it?

tom is amazing! you know he's doing two of me and hannah right now? i had a dream he finished mine, butit was hidious, and i was kinda freaked out when i woke up and it took me a sec to realize that that's not possible, because tom's pictures are always beautiful
The eye part is kinda creepy... It's like HEEEELLO i'm gonna stalk you in your sleep! alllllways watching! Hee hee....
