Items Worth Mentioning......

Here's what has happened over the last few weeks:

Lots of bundling up! We went to the Live Nativity at my Mom's ward again this year.

My Mom, Tom, and my sisters, Caroline (in the homeless hat), and Hannah (with the goofy expression)

Max hitting the ceremonial and annual Christmas pinata at the Hollberg party.

Hudson giving it a good whack!

We got SO much snow at our house!

I forgot the red balls that go on my tree, so I had to update that for posterity's sake.

Went to see the lights at the Zoo -

Max and Isabelle are such great cousins!

A huge turkey that may have been pissed that someone threw a snowball at it to wake it up. Don't worry - I would NEVER do something like that!

RJ, Rusti, and Oliver

Hannah and Max

Gerritt and my brother, Hamilton

Carrie and Hudson on the carousel

Christmas Day - lots of present opening, family, and FUN!

Hudson LOVES his talking puppy!

All in all, it was a fantastic holiday season!
We also had a super fun New Years Eve at my Mom's house and Rusti and I bought those "poppers" that make streamers and confetti shoot everywhere. We did a countdown and shot about 10 of those things all over my Mom's living room, and while it was a HUGE mess, it was sooo magical and the kids just loved it! We might have to make that a family tradition! Even the cleanup was fun!
-
Gerritt and I received callings in our new ward, and while Gerritt totally scored with being the new coach of the YM's basketball team, I was utterly shocked and blown away with my calling - 1st Counselor in the Relief Society Presidency!! Talk about scary! So, I'm a tad busier these days, but it's all good. I feel incredibly blessed!
-
I took a little blogging-timeout there, but I should be back to norm now!

Wow, what a great calling. When was the last time you were able to attend RS. As long as I've known you, you've been in primary.

yeah....... That first picture of me is real hot. REAL hot. I have Isabelle eyes! Too bad that I took a real scolding from mom after that.

Oh yeah you forgot to mention that after you THREW THE SNOWBALL at the turkey it almost like, charged, dad. That gave me flashbacks of him trying to harness an ostritch around the NECK at ThanksGiving Point with my jacket.

So hows the new calling treating ya? Did you get fired, yet?

And beautiful pics on Christmas morning. WTH? Thats just wrong. My Christmas morning pictures are EXACTLY the same. I look like a model. Thats why I posted them all over my blog. Cause I only post attractive pics of myself. Cause that would be weird and stupid to post ugly pics of oneself on ones own blog...

PS I'm waiting for my voice animation dude to send me another email... :)
