Coxsackie

What I want to know is, how in the crap did my 10 month old contract Coxsackie Disease ??(and no, I'm not being dirty - it's also called Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease, if you'd prefer it)

Needless to say, now Max has it pretty bad and Gerritt is starting to get it.

I took both boys to the Ped on Friday, hoping it was Strep throat and that we'd get a nice little presciption for antibiotics and be on our way, but alas, it's viral and there's nothing they can do. (Isn't that always the case?)

So, we had to ditch all our plans for this weekend and are just laying around the house, watching TV and being bored. (I may or may not have passed the entire game of Zuma on my iPod in one try) And thanks to the last-minute relief of subs for our sunbeam class, we can forego spreading this around the ward!

Enjoy your Sunday, and get some extra spirituality for us! :)

So bummed. No fun at all.
BTW--I was in a dressing room at Dillard's the other day when I recognized a woman's voice (as she talked on her cell phone) in the dressing room across from me. None other than our beautiful ped. C.O. I miss her.

It seems like that's how it goes. You go to the peds thinking it's one thing..then it's totally something else!

Be well!

Wow, that doesn't sound like fun! As you're quarantined in the house, let me know if you need anything. Crazy!
