It was SO beautiful up there - everything was so green!
I took Max on some little hikes and we both loved it. Still can't get the kid to pee on a tree, but at least he can hold it for a long time.
My Mom got an idea to make a playhouse cabin out of lincoln logs - REAL ones. So, they went into Heber and bought a chainsaw, and got to work!
We are so grateful for the Father's in our lives - we have been so blessed to have such hardworking, loving, amazing men in our family. I couldn't ask for a better Father for my boys, that's for sure! We love you!

The linkin log house is awesome! I'm glad you guys had a good time in the mountains. It's always so nice to get away from civilization for a while.
i used to make lincoln log furniture with my bff when we were 10. (with scraps of wood from contruction) one time we made a whole new "bedroom set" for her room and spent the afternoon taking out all of her real furniture and replacing it with our better stuff.
her mother was unhappy.

That lincoln house is awesome! Your pics make we want to take a trip to real mountains. (not the treeless campground we camped at last weekend.)
