We were just coming out of stake temple recommend interviews and saying goodbye to the stake presidency and Max points outside and says "There's a BAD WORD out there!" (from the children's book, "Elbert's Bad Word" that we had read about 6 months ago!)
I had just discovered that he colored ALL over the back of his bedroom door and so I said "Max! Why did you color on the door? We only color on paper!" To which, he responded with, "I'm really sorry, Mommy, but Elmo showed me how to do it!"
"I just took a picture of you, walking, Mommy! You really need to put that on your blog!"

I love Easter, it's definitely one of my favorite holidays.
One very very sad thing is that I didn't really even know WHY we celebrated Easter until I was an older child. I feel it's so commercialized, even more than Christmas. At least we all know about the "baby Jesus," but I feel sometimes Easter doesn't get its due. Christmas would be nothing without Easter right?
I am so glad the tomb was empty!
Max looks so much older in that last picture! Crazy!
