Spreading Holiday Cheer

...................................yes, with Cinnamon.

I'm not sure what the deal is, but Max has been completely out of control lately. I'm seriously going insane. The day after the cinnamon ordeal, he did the same thing with the salt shaker, and it's still covering all of our presents under the tree. *sigh* Somebody tell me that this is not going to last for the entire 2 year old, year!

Hudson has been smiling more and even had his first real belly laugh last night at Bunco! It was the cutest thing - I wish I could've gotten it on video! I can almost never get him to smile in pics because he's always just staring at the camera, so I took some pics of him smiling at Gerritt the other day.

This is when Gerritt got home from his trip. Max missed him SO much! One night we went to get a cheeseburger, which Max loves, and I asked him if he was happy and he said "No Mommy! Not happy! Daddy come HOME!" It was so sad and sweet - he sure loves his Daddy!
Anyway, I need to get myself motivated to drag the boys to the store and get the ingredients for this fabulous Zuppa Toscana soup that I'm making for a family Christmas party tonight. (If anyone wants the recipe, let me know - it's the EXACT same one from Olive Garden - the one with potatoes, sasuage, and kale. It's KILLER!) I really love this time of year, mostly because I just love to get together with family - and laugh and eat great food! I'm putting some finishing touches on my tree, but I will post pics when I get it done, hopefully next week at the latest!

I don't think he should be allowed to throw stuff all over until he can pronounce it. He can't spill cinnamon until he can say it AND spell it...Salt, well, he can say salt so that one isn't an issue right?

Wow sorry about the cinnamon. I think kids are sick of being indoors this time of year. This to shall pass...I love the pics. Your boys looks so different from each other, but both so cute!

LOL, I have to laugh because my DD did the exact same thing with salt fairly recently. I vaccummed the couch...but I still keep finding salt in the cracks...so annoying. Love the picture of your hubby and Max. So cute!

What a cool blog! :-) Your kids are darling, by the way. I loved your random list. I also LOATHE the word moist...as well as tender, juicy, and casserole. ewwww.

I am so glad I found out you had a blog. As for the 2 year old, I have one too, and I am going crazy!
